Ingredients: Red thyme oil, oregano oil, sage leaf 5 5:1 extract, lemon balm leaf 5:1 extract, rice bran oil, gelatin, red thyme oil, glycerin, water, solica, annatto extract (color), and lecithin (soy).

Directions: Take one softgel three times daily before or with meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
